No institutional centre or outside group can hope to replace the daily, consistent care and love that the people in everyday contact with vulnerable children can provide. Effective community mobilisation is therefore crucial for ensuring that this care and support is provided. But this is often easier said than done. Again and again, we hear organizations working with children crying out for assistance to do this effectively.
