Juliet is an accomplished, appropriately qualified development Finance Officer with about 20 years of working experience with donor funding relationship management e.g (USAID, DFID, Sweden, Danida) in terms of financial reporting & accounting policies/ procedures, Grants and Audit compliance.

Juliet continuously built her expertise through training/mentorship and holding various responsibilities within International and national non- profit organisations and that has led her to acquire prudent knowledge, skills, and thorough understanding of organizational Financial management systems.

Juliet holds a Master of Business Administration- MBA, – “Accounting and Finance” with a Bachelor of Business Administration- BBA, – “Accounting” from Ndejje University, Kampala – Uganda.

She joined the REPSSI -Uganda Country office on 12^th October 2020 as Senior Finance & Administration Officer.  Currently serving as Finance & Administration Manager, change of position attained in January 2023 to support on day to day Financial management and HR routine processes at country office.

The current position has enabled me to gain more technical knowledge/skills through mentorship received and becoming proficient in Financial/HR Management processes.
